特定运价
特定运价是运输部门对特定货物、特定地段、特定季节、特定运输条件下的运输所规定的运价。是普通运价的一种辅助形式。大致有三种情况。一是为了发挥运价的调节作用，以组织合理运输，节约运力而制定的特定运价。二是为贯彻一定时期国家有关政策要求而制定的特定运价。 三是托运者根据货物性质、重量、状态，要求提供特殊供应和设施的特定运价。
