蜘蛛痣

蜘蛛痣（spider angioma）是一种特发性毛细血管扩张症，为皮肤小动脉分支末段扩张所形成。痣体有一个中心点，周围有呈辐射形的小血管分支，形态似蜘蛛，故而称为蜘蛛痣。易发生于上腔静脉分布的区域，如面部、颈部、上胸部、肩部及上肢部等。可见于肝硬化、急性肝炎等肝病患者，也可见于健康者，如儿童、孕妇等人群。
