有机磷农药（OPS）是我国使用广泛、用量最大的杀虫剂。主要包括敌敌畏、对硫磷（1605）、甲拌磷（3911）、内吸磷（1059）、乐果、敌百虫、马拉硫磷（4049）等。急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）是指有机磷农药短时大量进入人体后造成的以神经系统损害为主的一系列伤害，临床上主要包括急性中毒患者表现的胆碱能兴奋或危象，其后的中间综合征（IMS）以及迟发性周围神经病（OPIDPN）。每年全世界有数百万人发生AOPP，其中约有30万人口死亡，且大多数发生在发展中国家。有机磷农药进入人体的主要途径有三：经口进入——误服或主动口服（见于轻生者）；经皮肤及黏膜进入——多见于热天喷洒农药时有机磷落到皮肤上，由于皮肤出汗及毛孔扩张，加之有机磷农药多为脂溶性，故容易通过皮肤及黏膜吸收进入体内；经呼吸道进入——空气中的有机磷随呼吸进入体内。口服毒物后多在10分钟至2小时内发病。经皮肤吸收发生的中毒，一般在接触
