In China, July is called “Dark July” because each year in July students have to take various exams. There has been a heated discussion about whether examination is harmful. Some in support of it believe that paying too much attention on exams will distract from the goal. While those against it hold that exams can be a motivation and improve students learning ability. First, they force students to study all the courses well.
