保险合同
保险合同是投保人与保险人约定保险权利义务关系的协议。保险合同除了具有一般合同的双务有偿性质以及诺成合同的特征外，还具有如下法律特征:(1)保险合同是不要式合同。(2)保险合同是附合合同。(3)保险合同是射幸合同。《保险法》第十条规定：“保险合同是投保人与保险人约定保险权利义务关系的协议”。保险合同的当事人是投保人和保险人；保险合同的内容是保险双方的权利义务关系。投保人是指与保险人订立保险合同，并按照保险合同负有支付保险费义务的人。保险人是指与投保人订立保险合同，并承担赔偿或者给付保险金责任的保险公司。保险合同属于民商合同的一种，其设立、变更或终止时具有保险内容的民事法律关系。因此，保险合同不仅适用保险法，也适用合同法和民法通则等。

The report, which followed 73,000 women for 17 years,found walking for at least seven hours a week lowered the risk of the disease.The American Cancer Society team said this was the first time reduced risk was specifically linked to walking. They were asked to complete questionnaires on their health and on how much time they were active and participating in activities such as walking,swimming and aerobics（有氧运动）and how much time they spent sitting watching television or reading.They completed the same questionnaires at two-year intervals between 1997 and 2009. Of the women,47% said walking was their only recreational activity.Those who walked for at least seven hours per week had a 14% lower risk of breast cancer compared to those who walked three or fewer hours per week.
