框架结构
框架结构是由许多梁和柱共同组成的框架来承受房屋全部荷载的结构。高层的民用建筑和多层的工业厂房，砖墙承重已不能适应荷重较大的要求，往往采用框架作为承重结构。房屋荷载包括人、家具、物品、机械设备的重量及楼板、墙体和本身自重等。砌在框架内的墙，仅起围护和分隔作用，除负担本身自重外，不承受其他荷重。为减轻框架荷重，应尽量采用轻质墙，如用泡沫混凝土砌块(墙板)或空心砖砌筑。一般框架以现场浇筑居多，为了加速工程进度，节约模板与顶撑，也可采取部分预制(如柱)部分现浇(梁)，或柱梁预制接头现浇的施工方式。
