打坐
打坐是一种养生健身法。闭目盘膝而坐，调整气息出入，手放在一定位置上，不想任何事情。打坐又叫“盘坐”、“静坐”。在佛教中叫“禅坐”或“禅定”，是佛教禅宗必修的。盘坐又分自然盘和双盘、单盘。打坐既可养身延寿，又可开智增慧。在中华武术修炼中，打坐也是一种修炼内功，涵养心性，增强意力的途径。打坐的特点是“静”，“久静则定，久动则疲”。因此，打坐结束后，要活动筋骨，如：打拳、舞剑、踢毽、自我按摩等等，做到“动静结合”。
